As part of this strategy, one of the key steps involves strengthening operational cooperation between Ber-Mar S.r.l. and MT Motori Elettrici S.r.l., leading to the creation of an industrial center of excellence in San Giovanni in Persiceto.
On December 9, 2025, the Lease Agreement of the Ber-Mar business unit to MT was signed, effective as of January 1, 2026. From this date onward, the production and commercialization of Ber-Mar branded products will be managed by MT Motori Elettrici at the San Giovanni in Persiceto site.
The operational go-live is scheduled for January 7, 2026, when all Ber-Mar personnel will operate from the new location, completing the integration process.
From a commercial perspective, no changes are planned:
• the entire Ber-Mar product range will continue to be offered,
• the Ber-Mar brand will remain unchanged,
• customers and partners will benefit from a stronger and more efficient industrial structure, supporting the quality and reliability that have always distinguished the Group.
This update represents a further step in Moonind’s growth journey, focused on enhancing internal expertise, driving industrial innovation, and ensuring continuity of service for its customers.
