Electric motors GHA Premium

Similarly to the GHA PREMIUM gearboxes, the MHA PREMIUM motors (energy class IE4) equipped with an aluminium alloy casing subjected to enhanced G.H.A. treatment. Indeed, these motors are the ideal complement of GHA PREMIUM gearboxes.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

• IE4 energy class and IP69K protection
• 230/400V – 50Hz |S1 – B14
• Greater motor efficiency thanks to the higher heat dissipation
• Ability to withstand high voltages, thanks to the non-magnetic characteristics

GHA TREATMENT CHARACTERISTICS:

• Excellent bactericidal properties
• Excellent corrosion resistance (over 2016 h in NSS test)
• High hardness of the body surface with GHA treatment (HV 500-600)
• High abrasive wear resistance and high thermal dissipation
• AISI 316 stainless steel hollow output shaft, bolts and plugs
• FDA certified food grade lubricant, oil seals and gaskets

The body of these motors also has a special smooth external profile specially designed to allow for maximum cleanliness. More hygienic thanks to the absence of a fan.
