Parallel Shaft Gearboxes

Parallel shaft gearboxes stand out for their strength and application versatility, which make these types of gearboxes suitable for medium-heavy industry application. These gearboxes guarantee high resistance to radial and axial load and they are recommended for heavy-duty application as agitators, stone crushers, plastic extrudes, bucket lifters, molds, fans and similar.
Parallel shaft gearboxes are available in 6 sizes with single reduction stage, in 6 sizes with two reduction stages and in 6 sizes with three reduction stages.

  • Reduction range 5 to 250
  • Torque range T2M = 180 – 11500 Nm

Two input types are available: with projecting input shaft, with pre‐engineered motor coupling (bell and joint). The gear unit body in engineering cast iron for size 71 ‐ 90 – 112 – 125 – 140 – 160 – 180 or spheroidal graphite cast iron for size 200 ‐ 225. The use of high‐quality tapered roller bearings on all shafts ensures long life and enables very high external radial and axial loads.
